• ◆Waitlist signups: when you join the waitlist we collect the contact details you provide (such as phone number and/or email). This signup is powered by our partner Laylo, which processes it on our behalf.
• ◆Applications & inquiries: when you submit a sponsor, vendor, influencer, volunteer or accessibility form, we collect the information in that form — for example name, email, phone, business or brand details, social handles, and anything you choose to write.
• ◆Automatically collected: like most websites, we collect limited technical data (such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring links) through cookies and similar technologies.

3 · How We Use Your Information

• ◆To send you festival updates, lineup announcements, presale codes and other communications you opt into.
• ◆To review and respond to sponsor, vendor, influencer, volunteer and accessibility submissions.

You can unsubscribe at any time — reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about an application you submitted.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to run the festival, respond to your application, meet legal obligations and maintain records — after which we delete or anonymize it.

9 · All Ages

UrbanovaFest is an all-ages event. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as permitted by law and with appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
